Destul de similara cu schita din 1982; liiniile 2, 6, 9, 10, 21, 22, 24 au traseele modificate; liniile 3, 7, 18, 27, 34, 36 si 37 au unul din capete schimbate iar liniile 38, 40, 41, 42, 44 si 45 sunt nou-infiintate. Infrastructura se extinde cu Bd. 1 Mai - Piata Crangasi si Sos. Socului (actualul Bd. Chisinau).

Fata de 1963 se scot tramvaiele de pe axa Nord-Sud (Piata Unirii - Piata Victoriei), partea sudica a Caii Dorobantilor si Calea Serban Voda, se construiesc liniile Laborator - Splaiul Unirii, Viilor - Chirigiu - 13 Septembrie si se prelungesc liniile spre UREMOAS si actualul depou Titan.
